Mochedda is madt performer…..from the little have seen of her onstage her energy is crazy and fun to watch…..thats someone worthy of a diva
mochedda, wizkid keep repping naija……….all the way
is this the kind of entertainers naija now presents…im ashamed!!!!!!!! naija now has studio artists. no single live performer and they are celebrated!!!….they should go and learn from tuface…i was a proud nigerian when he performed on the monique show…not this crap!!!. mochedah cant even sing live to save her life..cheiii!! at least wizkid makes hit songs!! has she ever done a show abroad.. NO! ..simple no body is requesting her.. not this publicity stunt her label is trying to pull. how many of you bought her album..hmmm…how many?? i dont blame her,its because they can't count how many albums these artists sell…i promise you will be shocked if they did!….. thats wer mohits should invest their money..making naija a better industry !!instead they are promoting the illusion of breaking america!..enigma my ass…who made don jazzy a judge of hiphop..you!!..dats right the fans…you!!!…does he have any current hip hop artists on the naija illusionary chart..u guessed it..NO!!! INSTEAD HE CONVERTED DR SID FROM the legendary TRIBESMEN INTO A SINGER!!…FELLOW NIGERIANS WAKE UP, THIS BULLSHIT HAS TO STOP…..#REALTALKDONTHATE
you must really be suffering from depression to type out a whole fucking paragraph just to insult these artists, do you know what it is to even be a recording artist? do you know how much time, money and creativity it takes to even make a hit song? do you know how much stress they go through just to release a song talkless of even releasing an album and you over here just bullshitting their work like its nothing, that is their passion for God's sake, they are doing what they love to do and making big money out of it, why dont you go do something with your life??…for your information mo cheddah's album franchise celebrity was a very successful album, anyone who truly knows about nigerian music knows that, same thing goes for wizkid. shut da fuck up and STOP TALKING SHIT if you dont have proof to back yo shit up…..
LISTEN……u dont know what i do for a living so shut up!…….you are the one who has no proof…u say mo'cheddahs album was successful but wer r the numbers???u can't have passion for music when u cant sing!…an artist just like her told me she cant sing….u go and pick a fine girl who looks good but cant sing and waste money!!..nobody knows her outside lagos, dont be decieved!..u know i have a point!…and i dont just diss any naija artists. tiwa savage is who i have my money on as far as female rnb goes.look at kel..money was spent..yet she flopped badly..now she has turned into a socialite…if im wrong, which of mo's singles play in enugu, ive been around and nobody seems to know this girl!..ok fine she won an mtv award..the same mtv that gave sasha best female when whe hasnt released an album in 100yrs!!..tell me so if america presents beyonce ,will nigeria say they are presenting mo'cheddah???? GTFOOH!…MAYBE U JERK OFF TO HER PIN UP PICTURES…. DROP THE LOTION AND REASON!
dont say dump shit ! i've been a music critic for a long time now……wizkid is successful no doubt but cannot perform without miming…mo'cheddah, i dont know her! #REALTALKDONTHATE
oh please nigga shut da fuck up, you have no fucking point bitch, you've been a music critic for years….bitch pls, you sound like a retard, anyways all wat you said was very irrelevant, at the end of da day no one cares wat u think…all im just trying to say is dat you need to STOP TEARING PEOPLE DOWN on wat they are very passionate about, treat other ppl da way you wanna be treated….and i dnt see how a gurl can jerk off to another gurls picture mumu….you acting like fans cant speak their mind anymore….you da one dat actually needs to put da lotion down and stop jerking off to wizkid's pics, i know u want u some wizzy cause u seem very GAY…..its okay i know wat ur problem is…ur problem is dat ur not used to ppl standing up to tell u da truth when u tear other ppl down…you better watch da way u talk to ppl bcos u might get yo ass beat one day….you go to fucking hell bitch..fuck you
@realtalk….I dont know what u listen to in enugu and i dont know ow good ur radio stations are in enugu……but if u dont get to listen to good music in Enugu is nobody's fault….Mocheda's music not being heard in enugu has nothing to do with the quality of the music and its doent mean she is not a good artiste…….it all boils down promotions but if ur radio deejays in enugu know their onions u would have heard about her by now….
@realtalk, if u want to criticise a proven artiste atleast come with a fact and be logical…thanks
and what re u upto???? i honestly dnt get ur story line
nd wat re u upto?? i honestly dnt get ur story line
@realtalkdonthate,this is slam,big slam,i feel you man,how can i get to meet u man no homo…hola back,one
Yo dude you're really on point. It's just that people tend to mix sentiments up with common sense.I've always said it that I will never pay again to watch an artist person when they just lip sync.If I don't have it on good authority that they're performing with a life band then I'll buy their cd and listen to it at home.I don't mind paying 250 grand to see my favourite artist perform with a band than pay 20grand and watch him rap along to his cd.On the Don Jazzy issue you raised I think he's doing a good job giving out his beat for people to flow on although I don't know him that well to say if he's a true hip-hop like Eldee Da Don or Mode 9.To round everything up I know it isn't easy recording a good song and promoting it to get the required attention but when it comes to live performances some of our artistes still have a long way to go.If you don't know what I"m talking about then try and watch a Sunny Neji performance with his band. You'll surely enjoy the way he goes about with the instrumentals provided by the live band.I'm out.
just finished reading all da comments lol…. you guys are very stubborn ppl…you both have a point, you guys just dont want to agree with eachother….part of what "realtalk" is trying to say is that if nigeria is going to present any artists they should present an artist that can actually sing live even tho almost all of em lip sing including tiwa, i watched her perform somewhere on youtube and the music was playing in da background, i think they all do it, he does have a very good point tho but he said it in a harsh manner….what "u are still a goat" is trying to say is dat…you dont have to like the artist but dat doesnt mean you should tear them down because you dnt how they suffered to get to that point so i see where both parties are coming from…..you guys need to chill, its really not a bigdeal
"YOUARESTILLAGOAT" U ACT LIKE MOST PPL I KNOW. instead of trying to stick to the issue, u rain personal insults! if we were in the law court is this how u defend ur client by reigning insults on his/her opponents lawyer???..lol…funny!…this only goes to show that u hav no point!..stick to the script..you say i dont have facts i presented some..show me yours????
ps: DONT CALL ME NIGGA!!
@tmonei enugu radio is just fine, they play m.i, tuface,d'banj even wizkid! quality of music doesnt pay bills.. hit records do!, no need to diss enugu dj's… what goes around comes around and since they aint playing it…it sure aint going around!! #THATISALL
I think we still have a long way to go, these artists are becoming over celebrated without good credibility..every shit is a hit in 9ja..i wonder where we stand…
@ REALTALKDONTHATE, God will bless u real gud bro, bro u shud study law u know seriously, am a fan of Mo’Cheddah and this is my first time watching her life performance. with wat I hav senn so far am so disappointed, chai see disgrace, all dis auto tune sh**t shud stop pls. dey shud go nd learn frm 2face and P.Square plsss kmt.
There's a lot of truth to what u guys are saying @realtalkdonthate and @youarestillagoat, but look at it this way, yea there aren't a lot of credible artistes and yea a lot of them lip sync, you can say that because of the way the music industry is here, A LOT of HARDWORK and MONEY went down b4 a song reaches the public or music critics (if that's what u want to call urself) and when it comes down to performances if u know what happens behind the scenes u'll be glad to hear them sing with their cds, sometimes mics stop working,or some funny technical error, don't forget these guys r just performing in events all over the country, they aren't the ones setting them up so they don't know what kind of equipments the organiser has or technical staff or if the event has enuff equipments to accomodate a live band, so the lip sync move is to avoid some technical issues, singing wit a live band requires rehearsals for each rehearsal the artiste pays every member of the band( a band can have close to 5ppl) so if you rehearse 3times in a week your paying the 5 of them for reheasals, now when it comes down to shows u will have to fly the 5 of them out wit you plus your manager, u have to think of their hotel bills, feeding etc and they have to also get paid for the show, how much do u think these guys get to be paying all this? unless u are a Tuface, d'banj or Psquared who already has mad demand and popularity and performs for 4-5million per show will this be attainable but until they reach dat point u'll just have to enjoy the cd performances u said it even tiwa savage lip syncs and she ain't broke it's just cost effective, some videos cost a million and above after that promotion may cost more, don't forget it's music but its also a business…………… mehn i don talk too much so i'll sign out here
p.s. @Tmonei i have seen Mochedda perform and pls she's not a mad performer in any stretch of the imagination
nigeria are blessed with talent and in time to come we are going to see more from young nigerians
star BWAHI……
