Here’s a clearer video of Kanye West’s surprise appearance/performance at the Koko Koncert on the 29th of August, 2011 in London. We get to see the official G.O.O.D Music chain presentation by Kanye West to D’Banj from a much clearer and better angle, as well as catching a glimpse of the hysterical sell-out crowd. Kanye had less than 12 HOURS to be at the Koko Koncert in London from the MTV Video Music Awards/After-Party in the United States… but he still made it (you can tell he wore the same outfit).
This is a huge moment in Nigerian/African music. History in the making! That said, we’d like to know your thoughts on this as well as P-Square’s remarks on collaborating with American/International acts in their recently posted press conference. Is this good or bad for Nigerian music?
Shout-out to Tim Westwood for this one!

**UPDATE**
Mo-Hits just released this top notch view of Kanye’s performance. It’s the clearest out there thus far.

Yes YES! That's what's up
Psquare are Big Fools Hating & Shit. They dont know anything & their Ego/Pride is Fucking them up badly. bIG Ups Mohits. Kanye Confirmed it toh bad
listening to wat p square said bout collaborating with international artiste will defiantly make you want to stop drinking alcohol
Thank you notjustok for giving your opinion. Well said!
Im proud of Dbanj mehn……
I saw Psquare's interview and those guys are plain idiots. Pure Jealously and Hipocrisy…. No US artist would even do shit with grown ups that cant speak correct, simple English.
Psqure.just dey beef……….abeg keave them they are all illiterates fools……..nonsense……rubbish music…….rubish lyric nonsence.
You talk about illiteracy yet u can't spell 'lyric', and what are all those dots in between the jargon you wrote for? Shows u can't make a coherent sentence in English. Hide behind d dots!! Ain't you so well educated.
P-square spoke the truth and if you feel what they've said is not true then that's fine… I want to see African artists work with international artists to make good music… We do not have to pay them or take our music to them as D'banj did… I really respect everyones hustle but we'll see what happens… Kanye's appearance is a great surprise but what we want to see is the bigger picture… P-square is big and they are as big as any other artist in the world… Their music and wealth are there to speak for them… MI and chocolatecity has confirmed the same thing that P-square has said… That means P-square is not alone in their opinion… We should not seek Kanye or Jay-Z to make things work… Please don't call P-square big fools…
p square is as big as any artist around the world …. that's some basket mouth ish right there u crack me up dude !
in as much as i love p square n sh!t, for them saying they don't need international artist and that they have shut down few of them was total BullShit…………….!
P-Square should go and sort out the Originality Question arround them first before throwing undue criticism. Enough Space dey for everyone and the Mo'hits crew can do there thing. E no concern the twins. PS is a good act but the need to sit down and write MUSIC!!!!
After several years of exposure yourc accent remains the same Psquare get a life!!! If you can't Achieve it Let someone do it and stop Hating.
Everybodi is entitled to their own opinion including P square Ok!!! They have the right to do collabo if they want or not .
F#$k What you all think, get a life and do somethin with your life they are actually making history and money and some of you are broke Niggers from Naija lol…
Was it not the same P-square that wanted to pay busta rhymes to be on the Danger track? According to reports they paid an agent. So how is it a bad move to collaborate with US artist now?
They need to go and sit down and focus on their music. When did they start collborating with Nigerian artist? They thought they were untouchable before and would not wanna do anything with young artists in nigeria. The said in their interview they have done tracks with different upcommers in other countries, the question is how many have they released or added to their album over the years.
Hipocracy is not good. If they had worked with Busta rhymes then would they say the bullshit? Working with an international artist does not guarantee breaking the american market. Mo'hits working with Good music does not mean they would break the american market, but it is a good start for african music.
I will only advise Mo'hits to be more smart and not invest too much money in the name of breaking Yankee market. It is the hardest market to break. The likes of craig david etc that had major label backing fell flat. But i am sure they are wise enough to understand. Slow and steady and african music will get there. We just have to keep churning out good music and focus.
psquare just got mouf and shyt, they said many international acts been calling them and they saying NO, but they started wt usher styles. Selling 1million copies in a week is nothing, collabo wt an international act and see maybe you will not sell 10million copies in a day. GOOD JOB dbanj. OSE!!!

how can my own song be on the notjustok.com musik chart?
we just hav to agree dat this international artistes are way advanced and better in tems of exposure, technology, production etc,i think what we shuld start looking at is how the collab btw mo hits and GOOD music would impact on african music positively in spreading our music to the world, there is no need for beef here, even jay z had to push his own music when they wouldnt sign him…
Am not readi any meani in p2'z shit. But big up's mo'hit no dulli. . .
I think all of you are crazy for saying p square are fools… Do you expect them to be begging international artiste before they do something together like Dbanj did? Its better u keep quiet if u have nothing reasonable to say.
lmao @ etty ! #Gbam
lol! jokes for years. hahahahaha
check this out best from naija http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2IWS7FFwI6g

There is definitely something wrong with us as a people. We seem to derive joy from talking s**t about people who have made something out of their lives, as if ours is better. I mean some people actually 'get off ' by trolling all Nigerian websites to vent their bitterness about other peoples lives and success as if they know what to do with theirs.
Now I just can't understand why the sudden hatred and anger towards P Square since the release of their recent album- which I must say is quite a nice album to listen to. It's like some people seem to have been praying for them to come out with some crappy album, and upon seeing the success these guys are having (yet again) with this album- 1million copies sold within 4 days alone in Nigeria and need i say that the guys have come out to confirm the figures, the hate P square are receiving seems to have gone up a notch especially since their last press conference in the UK.
What they said about collaborations with Americans has a lot of truth in it if u would only reason with them. While we are all happy about D' Banj, Mohits and the G.O.O.D Music thing, we all are still keeping our fingers crossed and hoping that it turns out good for everyone, and as D'Banj said open the door to other African entertainers to get into the US market. But we also know that it may only favour the Americans who are basically looking for something new to spice up their sounds.
Please can someone tell me what this brouhaha about English language is all about? Who gives a loud fart in the wind about who speaks better English or not? Does your command of English make u a better person than your grandma in the village? Did Peter and Paul Okoye get to their position today because they sound like the Queen?
I am absolutely certain that you guys who troll over the place saying trash about P Square, Tuface, D' Banj, Tiwa Savage, Naeto C, etc are low-lives, people who can't tell yet whither goes their lives. Because all fully occupied and gainfully employed Nigerians who are succeeding everyday in their jobs appreciate hardwork and sacrifice when they see one. They understand that fluency in English Language alone doesn't make you a millionaire, if you don't believe me take a look around you.
I for one live in one of the best countries in the world, where I don't even speak English to do business yet my life is what I want it to be and definitely better than what most you have. So wetin happen to all the grammer wey all of una dey talk about here? It's definitely not useful to me here.
So stop hating on P Square and all Nigerian entertainers-both movies and comedy. Instead we should give them as much support as possible. When they do something wrong, maybe we can share our opinions but not judge like we have got it all right and our lives is like a roller coaster.
furk psquare 4 dier statement and big up 4 dbanj
Why does everyone keep attacking Psquare, it was actually DJ Abrantee that called names NOT Psquare. And I reckon Abrantee only called those names because it was the easiest example.
I don't think anyone is trying to downplay Mohits collaboration with GOOD Music, Psquare is just trying to say that African Artists deserve the same respect as American artists. They are just as talented and many of them have way bigger fan bases than American Artists.
If an African artist approaches a non African artist to do a Collabo, it shouldn't be seen as begging and these artists shouldn't be looked down upon by their American counterparts just because they're African.
People forget that America thinks they are the best country in the world and everyone should bow down to them. My take is that Psquare is simply trying to say that as African artists become more global they shouldn't allow themselves to be taken advantage of.
The Mohits/ GOOD Music Collabo will not be the only African/American an Collabo. If things go well with this collaboration, meaning that DBanj and Don jazzy take the AMERICAN world by storm (they already rule Africa), Other American labels will start looking for their "African star" too.
Everyone is waiting to see how this GOOD Music collaboration plays out. We keep saying "it's huge, it's huge". Let's just wait and see!
I think that these losers who have nothing reasonable to contribute to any discussion, are getting tired of all their bad belle against Tuface and are now turning to P Square. What Tuface did to them, I can't tell. This young man is one of the best if not the most talented Nigerian musician, the greatest VOICE yet to come out of Niger, yet people derive some form of twisted pleasure from talking trash about him. You can hate him or P Square all u want and act like you know how he/they should live their lives, but we as a nation are yet to hear your voice or even know that you exist.
So get off your tiny Blackberry or whatever you are using and go get a life!
I think u are better off speaking your Yoruba or Igbo…. cos u don't make sense in English.
To me d'banj is the best. He's got the swagz
i dnt c a p wif wat p-square sed. But they sounded lyk dey wer kinda jealous but on the other hand stil wantd to remain as 'int'l acts'. Dey stil added dt if tins stil remain lyk dis it wont stop dem from doin deir collabo bt dey jst arent gonna do it so dt ppl cn start playin deir music in yankee. Dey hv a point bt dey tuk it 2 personal. Big ups 2 MoHits doh!
d'banj didn't beg………………..he requested and GOOD music accepted. I'm not against psquare though
who said it was a bad move? psquare never said they cant pay any international act for a colabo, remember when they said "if we want you, we will call you to do business" and if they put busta on a track doesnt mean they want air play in America or anywhere, its cos they think busta would be good for a remix and african will love it as well, because Busta got lots of Fans in Africa too, so dont miss the point.

only mohits can make nigerians stay up all night. 1st it was endowed remix, then the kanye tweet, the contract signing, the enigma beat, oliver, and now kanye west flies straight from the vmas to perform 1 song at the KOKO CONCERT IN THE SAME CLOTHES. you can say he famz into good music but so many americans have tried famzing and they r nowhere.like it or not they are now global stars and they are taking nigerian music not only to another level, its to the highesst level. I mean, donjazzy produced a hit sing on watch the throne. he makes me proud to be nigerian. theyve set the platform for evrybody else. this is the best move for nigerian music ever
i like the part he gave d banj the chain…..nice one kanye
Oliver twist has good lyrics ba??? See your head, agbalumo… Criticize wisely and not blindly, condom brain…
American artists struggle to sell 500,000 – 600,000 copies in a week, so don't tell us nonsense here… P-square has sold the highest in africa + they have a classic album to top their success… Don't say what u don't know…D'banj also started with Fela's style so stop talking nonsense… A lot of people run their mouths on notjustok… Mumu…
na so na socarry go Dbanj nothin do u
na small small brucus dey big

errr… did u mean to say random upcoming american musicians? cuz if uve got a good manager, publicist ud definitely sell more than dat in a week dear. it was rubbish to brag about their mini-achievements on tvo. totally pointless i'd say. And psquare spoke in an arrogant way, so if people comment about it, they are right. Theres no need to insult anyone on here dear. Everyone has got a right to their opinions.
tunde u said psquare are big fools ur family lineage born and unborn are fools. see were ego/pride has gotten dem 2 (money, cars, pretty women n of course numerous awards) in ur bloody life ve u gotten an award 4 nyfin at all? d ansa is no cos if u ve u wnt be posting senseless comments. luk PSQUARE mite b proud bur dey r still beta dan a lot of pple who fil dey r humble r speak good english so stop hating dey r succssful weda u lyk it or not MUTHAFUCKER
Y´all going crazy! bout guys who are making more money and mo hits ooooshay. P square too much!!!
i think psquare had good intentions. i think d'banj is really humble. i also think finally american stars are beginning to respect african stars. this is just an early start to more international sign-ons to come. also remember, kanye bowed to jay-z when roc-a-fella blessed him. it's a tradition
