Plead read these terms and conditions carefully as these general conditions apply to participants in the #YouNeedANewBank Remix Contest. By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions of the competition. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to access and join the contest.
1. The contest is sponsored by Diamond Bank. The contest is administered through Notjustok and Mynotjustok platforms.
2. This contest is open to Nigerians in Nigeria
3. The submission deadline is November 20th 2014.
4. The contest will hold from the 7th November 2014 by 12:00 PM – 10th December 2014 by 09:00 AM. The Winner of the Contest will be announced on December 10th 2014.
5. You are to upload your remix audio track on MyNotjustok.com and officially submit it at the link here
6. Only one remix submission is allowed per person or group. Anyone who submits two remixes will be disqualified.
7. Your remix should be fun and creative.
8. Material that violates, or infringes on, another’s rights, including, but not limited to privacy, publicity, and intellectual property will be deleted and participant disqualified.
9. Your remix should not focus on brand names or trademarks (other than Diamond Bank’s trademark and logo)
10. Audio Remix must NOT contain materials that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
11. The Top 30 finalists will be selected by the Notjustok Team based on quality of material
12. A winner will emerge based on the highest votes between the Top 30 finalists.
13. All audio remixes submitted, whether as a winning entry or not, will become the property of Diamond Bank and may be used, published or republished, in whole or in part, royalty free, in any printed or electronic media and in promotional material, including recruitment and online publications. By sending your audio remixes in for consideration, you provide Diamond Bank with exclusive ownership of the audio track.
14. You completely indemnify Diamond Bank, Notjustok and all it’s third parties.
15. Diamond Bank Team reserves the sole right to disqualify any entries that contain profanity, sexual content, abusive language or any other offensive content.
16. Any declaration or announcement of Winners by Notjustok and Diamond Bank shall be final and uncontested.
