Watford Football Club have reportedly agreed to sign Nigeria’s, Samuel Kalu from Bordeaux for a fee set to be around £3.5 million.

The player is expected to undergo medical at the club on Wednesday, January 19th, 2022. According to reports from the Daily Mail, Kalu Is expected to be a four and a half year deal with the Hornets.
Kalu will be the fourth player to be signed by the Premier League club during this January transfer window. Watford already signed the defenders during this transfer window which includes Samir, Hassane Kamara and midfielder, Edo Kayembe, all players started in the game against Newcastle United.
The Nigerian has played 13 games for the Super Eagles and scored just two goals.
