Real Madrid have announced that they will donate one million euros to help the displaced people in Ukraine.

The statement was released on Real Madrid’s official website on Wednesday, March 16th, 2022. According to the statement, the donation will be made directly to the Red Cross and UNHCR as well as other foundation members in conflict areas.
The decision to alleviate the struggle of the people of Ukraine was set up when the Real Madrid Foundation was brought into reality on March 5, 2022. It is set up to help the displaced people who are in Ukraine.
It wwas also confirmed that items of clothing and sporting equipment over 13,000 will be given to the refugees who are arriving in Spain. This incident was caused by the invasion on Ukraine by the Russian President, Vladimir Putin
