Liverpool Football Club have announced the departure of, Takumi Minamino from the Premier League Club.

Liverpool announced the departure of the player on its official website on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022. According to reports, the Japanese will join Ligue 1 side, Monaco for €15 million on a five-year-deal, plus £3 million.
Minamino joined Liverpool from RB Salzburg following his show of class when both teams played against each other in the UEFA Champions League. However, he has failed to break into the first team since he joined the Reds.
The 27-year-old was a key part of the Reds’ team that won the FA Cup and the Carabao Cup. He scored four goals in five Carabao Cup games and then followed up with three in four in the Emirates FA Cup.
