The Confederation of Africa Football ( CAF) have announced the nominees for the award of the best footballer in Africa.
IGA SWIATEK EQUALS LONG-STANDING RECORD IN TENNIS
The body concerning football in Africa announced the nominees on its official Twitter account on Thursday, June 30th, 2022. Other categories that will be awarded include the; Interclub Player of the Year, Young Player of the Year, National Team of the Year and Club of the Year, while the nominees for the Women’s categories will be announced on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022
The winners of each category will be selected by technical experts, CAF legends and Journalists taking into consideration performances from September 2021 to June 2022. The award ceremony will be held on Thursday, July 21st, 2022 in Rabat, Morocco.
