Nigerian- Greek basketball player Giannis Sina Ugo Antetokounmpo gave an amazing performance to help the Milwaukee Bucks secure their first NBA title in 50 years.

Antetokounmpo gave a terrific performance on Tuesday the 20th of July 2021 with a terrific 50-point performance in the Bucks’ 105-98 win over Phoenix, clinching the NBA for the first time since 1971.

The Bucks won the best-of-seven NBA Finals by four games to two, making them the fifth team in history to claim the title after dropping the first two contests.

Also, ‘The Greek Freak’, as Antetokounmpo is fondly called, is the seventh player in NBA finals history to score 50 points in a game, adding 14 rebounds and five blocked shots as the Milwaukee Bucks went a NBA-best 10-1 at home in the playoffs to end their 50-year title drought.

The 26-year-old Nigerian matched Michael Jordan and Hakeem Olajuwon as the only players to win NBA Finals MVP and NBA Defensive Player of the Year awards in the same season.
