Simi – Jamb Question

Tune Alert!!

“After the successful release of her last singles – the infectious “Tiff” and clubby “E no go funny”, Simi is back with a brand new single titled ‘Jamb Question’.

Jamb Question’, a mid-tempo afro-pop tune sees Simi display fantastic vocals on the melodious instrumental, produced by Oscar Herman-Ackah.

Stay close to Simi this 2015 as the X3M Music act promises to put out more great music as she plans to release a new album this year.”

  1. Bad lyrics. I'm a BIG Simi fan but…

Dundy, Fool, Stupid question …etc… didnt cut it for me. I know you're trying to run away from the R and B tag but dont try too hard.

Also felt too short. Just two verses and a chorus,

    • This is a beautiful song .. If you listen clearly she's telling a story about how guys usually tell girls lies just to get to them . Listen cleary before you judge so quickly man

    • Compared to the usual wind your waist, dance for me and baby girl lyrics we get these days, this is gold…

  2. I Approve!

The chick has a lot of potential.
She has the voice on lock, and lyrics are decent.

However, if she'd raise the bar a little higher on her lyrics, then she would be Asa material, and at least i'd be able to say there are two Nigerian female artists i listen to.

    Still impressive.

  3. This girl go dey diffiecult to TOAST judging from all her songs. Her first song was about A GUY STEALING HER HEART(TIFF) Second song was about her warning a guy not to come to her house COS E NO GO FUNNY. AND then this Jam question song which is a way to drive guys away. LOVELY SONG THO.

  4. Ok, I no even need to listen to the end before I update…THIS GIRL CAN DO NO WRONG. She's top of my list. I dont mind one song every quarter year…just as long as it continues to be this quality…

  5. She really has to drop the visuals to this track.. This girl is a blessing to the Nigerian music industry..epic raw talent in display!

  6. Dropping a comment without first listening…thats the level of confidence I have in the girl..I will update after listening

  7. simi just needs to drop a proper love song, like a wedding song, dats all she needs to get the status she deserves. i've seen her perform live apart from the fact that she has the best voice in the industry she plays the keyboard too…

  8. i actually agree with you. I'm probably the biggest SIMI fan out there. In my opinion, she has that killer voice that will do any song justice no matter the genre.. the melody of this song is nice, possibly because of that her oh-so-unique voice, but the lyrics to this song..naah, she can do better. I guess she's trying too hard to be commercial. Simi, if you read this then you should know, you are THAT GOOD! You don't need this. Create your own niche, and people who love you will always love you..Exhibit 1- ASA..

  9. Jamb question …well fitting 2 guys …it says jst go straight 2 d point!! …lol…I love u simi…your voice is worth thumbs up!!

  10. Thumbs up to you Simi, this is a great song. With such a nice melody, sonorous voice and natural lyrics like that…I have no doubt that this will be an evergreen song

  12. Some ppl be typing rubbish here.. Ders a concept to songs. She clearly was singing but she was trying to bring out comedy out of it so you don't expect her to go wild abt it.. Dope track

  13. Simply the best, never heard such a beautiful voice before in Nigeria! XTRAORDINARY!! TERRIFIC!!! EMERGING SIMILEE… kindly do a collaboration with BANGALEE (Dbang) great momentum…
