Seyi Shay – Loving Your Way (VIDEO) + No Le Le

I have to say that Seyi Shay blew me away with her music upon 1st listen. As in, there is something about the way she writes, composes and performs her music that makes it stick on the first go and I think it’s the lack of gimmicks. Take for example her song Loving Your Way, she enters character when she delivers her pidgin lyrics. You can hear the congruence in her delivery and accent when she sings. The same occurs when you hear her sing the hook.

On No Le Le she shines again and does a solid job on her verses and hook. The female artist category in Nigeria is getting more and more competitive and I am really excited about it.

Read a brief bio about Seyi Shay below… She is apparently a part of a new Girl Band called From Above  in the UK and they are about to get signed to a major label. Mixing Naija hustle with UK hustle… International!
