WORLD PREMIERE: Ice Prince – Superstar

SuperStar is the brand New banger and official second single from IcePrince Zamani. Panshak as we all know has destroyed all major music charts in Nigeria with his first single Oleku which also featured Brymo.

This track however, will be shutting down all dance floors period. Another lovely thing about this joint is that Ice‘  caters to the rap heads with his punch lines and addictive flow that will get you reciting his lines upon second listen.

The debut albun “EveryOne Loves IcePrince” which is packed with surprises should be dropping some time this year and if you are in the UK,  look out for him and the Choc Boyz at the MI2 UK Album launch concert on Apr 28th 2011.

Produced By Jesse Jagz

  2. Love, love it…..I'm really happy for iceprince, thought he was going to end with Oleku…..big ups bro!!

  3. This song should not be compared to OLEKU cos it's a track of it's own… He did a very good job… If you are not feeling this song then you are not a SUPERSTAR… #PressPlay…

    • Go and listen to congolese song that doesn't sound alike… This is our Nigerian Identity and if you don't like it you can listen to american, spanish, indian, asian songs… There is no wahala here O! Why do all American south side songs sound the same??? Abegi! #PressPlay and Enjoy!!!

  4. Love the song! I don't know how anyone can say this song is flat or boring. The beats are hotter than fire as usual. The lyrics are awesome. Jesse Jagz and Ice Prince are just awesome.

  5. WELL, NICE SONG I WILL SAY, THOUGH IT HAS NOT REALLY CLICKED FOR ME BUT I KNOW IF I LISTEN TO IT MORE AND MORE IT WILL, THOUGH I STILL BELIEVE THE SONG LACKED THAT LITTLE CUTTING EDGE THAT WOULD HAVE REALLY MADE IT EXPLOSIVE, ALL THE SAME BIG UPS TO ICE PRINCE AND THE CHOC BOYS FAMILY

  6. i so love diz jam….AND notjustok plz go back to your classic design…diz current one sucks looks like a joke…maybe is just me…!!

  7. Yes you are a superstar mate! Now jaming this song with my oyinbo colleagues… wait! My manager is coming.. ice , you gon put me in some trouble init 🙂 Nice one mate … beat is sick!!

  8. If you like this track, it is your opinion to like it, if you don't like it, it is your opinion not to like it. I believe we are living in a free world. As for me, this track is whack, if you like diss me, I am free to express myself cos I am not in Libya, this is Nigeria.

  9. Tho not as gud as oleku, itz a nice follow up! … Ice did very gud but to me "Jargo d beast" killd it … SHOBORORO!!!!

  10. The mentality of nigerians about music is jst dancing and not the information it portrays…and thats why most of our artistes are not inspired to make contemporary hit songz that can push for grammy's.. they sing anything jst to make us dance//// NAIJA MUSIC HAS TO STEP UP… Even M.I dey sing my belle my head..but he's seen presently as nigeria's hottest rapper… can u imagine? Jesse jagz seems to be more internationally inclined though….. M.I and Iceprince jst dey hammer… there's no hope for brymo naturally but choc boiz will see him thru… I still love the band

  11. this song is not bad and its not too good.its just average……….there no wow moment in the song…….i wonder if its hip hop/pop or pop/rap…lol…anyway the song is ok…..i dont like it but its ok…….but LAME SINGING……..the beat is like every other lame beat we have heard…no unique ness like the OLEKU piano roll…….he should learn how to use other sounds on HYPERSONIC………..i could tell is jags thet produced it even if i`m deaf cos he uses the same sounds

  12. If you cant understand the punchlines in this song, i think its better to keep your mouth sealed… this is a good rap…. Or better go carry your tape and buy REMEDIES Cassette and listen to it all night long…. Nice Song…. This is a BANGER!!!

  13. am a rapper,n even doe ice prinz dint rily spit silly, dis is stil a madt jam,ve left it on replay since i downloaded it,nice effort, better dan 'bac wiv d ginja,…zanga'(4rm m.i's action film).ICE PRINCE,WASERE!

  14. i`m not hating this song is not crap but its worst than crap…………..it cant put naija music on the globe wats with punchlines wen there are no inspirational word or something that will get u thinking or something everyone can relate to…..just i got this im dat ……….mtscheewwwww

  15. person wey dey hawk sugar cane dey wear shades and leather jacket even chains na wa o………..its so fake…………he shuld bettert release his album cos it seem like he is now doing rubbish let him allow OLEKU save the album so he can put his remaining nonsense in the album

  16. first tym i hrd "oleku",, i tripped… bt 4 ds,, i listened 2 d it,, read d comments,, listened 2 d song again, twice,,, bt it still remained d same… 4 me,, d song is jst okay… and their aint any "biggy" abt it….

  17. am not hating and at the same time,am not sentimental…. Let him rep us like D banj did with snoop dogg or even lil bow wow… M.I will be murdered if he dares try an international collabo. Don't be timid, u know its true

    • Oh now this is funny … so because his lyrics re been inclined with different languages he's not doing it right ? this is funny .. so Dbanj has more lyrical content ? I am gonna believe you re confused yourself …

  18. ignorant hater….did u listen 2 d lyrics of my belle my head?…..its a song bout poverty..
and pls stop all this crap bout naija music is just bout dancing.,..in club what will the play then?…we still have conciouse music from the asas n ty bellos…the likes all lil wayne that win grammies how concious is thier music…

  19. love d flow, most commend jags it's a little different 4rm d regular beats he gives us, nd ice prince i tot dat since u know hv buzz, u'll chill wit d party songs buh it seems u r about sellin records too. i.e makin music wit no new concept. smh .i think timaya shud join choc boys.

  20. love d flow, must commend jagz, it's a little different 4rm d same beats he gives us everytime nd iceprince, i tot dat nw dat u hv buzz u'll chill wit d party jams buh it's like u r jst about making music dat everybody shud like i.e. music wit no new concept.smh. i think timaya shud join choc boys.

  21. @ cornel, I get your poitn and it makes sense, however, if Nigerians are going get a Grammy their music must be tru to Nigeria's culture which is what makes "My Head My Belle" commendable and asserts his position as top musician in Nig. We should work towards making internationally appealing music however with a Nigerian sense and culture that helps market our "Nig'" brand to the world as well. #NewNig JOY

  22. mr endowed remix is not bad but its not too good either same as this uninovative superstar song if its like this timaya should join choc boys truely and ICE PRINCE YOU WONT MAKE IT IF ITS JUST A CLUB THING cos i cant be listening to things like this in my room………….

  26. Raahhhh! Ridiculous! Absolutely Ridiculous! These Choc Boiz are absolutely chewing up other emcees in Naija. Punch lines delievery is one thing but these boiz actually research and I doubt if most emcees in Naija do the same. Mad props to Choc. City, M.I, Jesse Jagz and every other musician who takes their time in giving us quality music and not all these mish-mash music. Wheezy Pop on facebook!

    NB
I gots to give mad love to Kelly Handsome for all his recent work. Dude is killing it on every level.

  27. Who said this is an average effort? Does this sound like the average naija rap song you hear everyday? I mean its not Oleku but please do not say this is average because it's not. It's well above average, a very good club song. Keep it up Ice Prince, and the Choc Boiz. These dude know how to make music.

  28. ice prince u are the man.tyte flows, ryhmes, delivery in fact u got it all in place.to jesee jagajaga.. mad beats man…kudos

ICE PRINCE U R THE BEST

  30. ITS PPL LIKE TRUE SAYER WHO WILL BUILD D INDUSTRY, WE NEED CRITICS SO DAT AVERAGE N WACK PPL CAN SIT UP, NOT ALL SONG GET A THUMBS UP AND DIS 1 IS JST AN ALBUM FILLER

  31. This Is Longetivity and faith. On 8th december 2008 notjustok posted rewind by ice prince and that sounded scrappy but now he has worked hard and _look at him now_
