The Apala music genre is one that’s deeply rooted in the history and culture of the Yorubas. So, it’s great to see that someone has taken it upon himself to bring it to the current generation by fusing it with the modern Afro-Pop sound. The artist is Aeroplay Ent. act TERRY APALA and his debut single is called “APALA MUSIC”.
I love how he seamlessly blends Yoruba and Urhobo in his lyrics.
“Aeroplay Presents Terry Apala. Real names, Ejeh Alexander Terry, an indigene of Warri in Delta State, Born and raised in Mushin Lagos, Debuts with this single which he calls His introduction to Apala Music. Listen and Enjoy.”

This guy has common sense, he captured the essence of Naija culture. If Anything this Song will capture international audience that others are doing wrongly by imitating western cultures. Way to go Mr terry apala
