I literally just heard this song. Why? ‘cos Simi literally just recorded this a few hours ago in response to eLDee’s twitter challenge that no one could match Sojay vocally.
Sojay and Simi decided to go head-to-head, with Drake’s “Marvin’s Room” as the yardstick to know who’s better. It’s hard to think they both came up with their versions in such an extremely short time and under immense pressure. 24 hours (actually alot less) is not beans!

Dis girl is talented…She is good but y'all know waje will do better. No male vocalist can match Sojay right now when it comes to mad vocals and i believe that's what Eldee is trying to say. hmmmm…..sojay is good but I've heard a beta voice. Ayo Jay…..he murdered wizkid on his own song. If Sojay believes he is beta dan him. I can arrange a Lyrics/ voice battle between them, then we will let the fans be the judge. the winner gets $5,000 from me.
Before you say anything about Ayo jay, please take your time, make a research on him. He is the best voice I've heard in years.

they are both good. sis sounds more professional than sojay…her running of vocal scales are not too moderate….sojay to dey run vocal scales…..thats not professional as far as am concern ………i preffere sisi version………………her vocal sounds so clean and neat compare to sojays…
really lovely vocals from both of them, but I know someone who took it to another level with Marvin's room cover and his name is INK, his cover is titled "My Medley", its comprises of lyrics from Nigerian hit songs from MI, Ice Prince, Iyanya, Da Prince, and also lyrics from Drake, dammmmmmn he sure dropped a classic that even Drake will pay attention to. But 9ja has got real talent tho, good job Sojay and Simi, but INK still tops this cover. Y'all should check it out, its also available on NotJustOk and you guys can be the judge.
