Here’s a new single from highly-rated R&B diva, Waje, and she calls this one “Na The Way“.
Multiple award nominee and winner, Waje releases a new single titled “Na The Way,” which features one of Nigeria’s new school Highlife aces, J.Martins, who also produced it. Na The Way is off her soon-to-pop debut album “Words Aren’t Just Enough (W.A.J.E.)” (Album release date to be announced soon).
Fresh from applause and superb reviews on previously released materials and grasping trophies at the City People Awards(Best R&B Artist of The Year) and Nigerian Entertainment Awards(Best R&B Single- For A Minute), Waje’s putting out this new offering to the fans for free downloads before the album hits the streets and stores.
For months now her fans around the world took to their internet social network channels urging her to give them more, and this is yet another one that will relate well with her fans. An atypical Highlife meets R&B joint it is, showing the diva’s diversity in a way unseen of her by most. Still displaying her vocal strength, but shows another side of her creativity as she declares her love. The songstress of recent has made feature appearances on P-Square’s Jeje (which she performed on stage with them at their Invasion Concert) and J Martins’ Good Tym also featuring Cabo Snoop.
Having taken some time off the scene to recuperate and get back to full health from brief acute illness, she heads back in the lab in no time to finish up the album. Names on this project include Dr Frabz, Del B, MI, P-Square, J.Martins and a few more.
Waje and her team gear up for more videos and a nationwide tour to follow the launch of the album.
